qsiprep.workflows.dwi.derivatives.init_dwi_derivatives_wf(source_file, sdc_warp_meta=None, sdc_refinement_meta=None, jacobian_applied_corrections=(), jacobian_unmodulated_corrections=(), jacobian_unmodulated_reason=None) → LiterateWorkflow

Set up a battery of datasinks to store derivatives in the right location.

When sdc_warp_meta is given (a dict of sidecar metadata), the SDC (susceptibility) displacement is also written as a map on the ACPC output grid, for inspection rather than for resampling. sdc_refinement_meta does the same for DRBUDDI’s refinement of the TOPUP field (TOPUP+DRBUDDI only).

The three jacobian_* arguments are this run’s own intensity-modulation provenance – see qsiprep.utils.jacobian_provenance.jacobian_provenance_for, which the caller (init_dwi_finalize_wf) computes from the unit it has and this function does not. They are set directly as StackJacobianWeights node inputs, because they are per-run facts, not invocation-global ones.
